Anderson County Fair & Expo Center Manager, John Owens, CFE, was named to the Board of Directors for the South Carolina Festivals and Events Association representing the Discover Upcountry district at their annual convention in Charlotte, NC, January 28.  The SCFEA supports its members by providing educational, marketing, and networking opportunities while serving as a resource for the event industry.  Owens also serves on the Board of the South Carolina Association of Fairs.
