Commercial Building

The Commercial Building is a 30,000 sq. ft. building with rest rooms, heat, air conditioning, water, electricity and a permanent food concession. This building contains two large rooms. The front� room provides 10,000 sq. ft. of floor space. The connecting rear room contains 20,000 sq. ft. Both rooms have continuous rows of fluorescent lighting fixtures and numerous well-spaced 110 volt receptacles, dropped overhead and along the wall. Conveniently located water connections are provided throughout. Ample rest room facilities are centrally located between the two rooms. There are six glass entrance doors in the front of the building, two roll up doors, and additional entrance doors on each side.

Phoenix Building

The Phoenix Building is a 23,000 sq. ft. building with rest rooms, water, electricity and a permanent food concession themed as a Soda Shoppe. 

Main Street USA

The Main Street USA Building is a 22,500 sq. ft. building with rest rooms, heat, water, electricity and a permanent food concession. There are four glass entrance doors on each end of the building, one roll up door and additional entrance doors on each side.

Red Barn

The Red Barn is a 8,400 sq. ft. building that has the appearance of a large Red Barn. It is a pole type building with plywood and fiberglass shingle roof. The floor is concrete. The building has fluorescent fixtures for general lighting. The building is used primarily for poultry and rabbit shows during the fair.

Craft Barn

The Craft Barn is a 4,000 sq. ft. building with a rest room, heat, air conditioning, water and electricity. This building is used during the Fair to showcase craft exhibits and is well suited to accommodate such other events as private parties, reunions, meetings, etc.  Its rustic and picturesque external appearance is enhanced by a fifty-foot front porch and enclosed front yard containing numerous plantings. The open-beamed ceiling with supporting posts adds to the simplicity of the setting. There are 110v electrical outlets along the walls for exhibitors. Lighting is fluorescent fixtures.

Livestock Arena

The Livestock Arena is a 28,000 sq. ft. covered open-air building with water, electricity, show ring, animal stalls and a fully-functional milking parlor.

E. James Strates Pavilion

The E. James Strates Pavilion is a 6,000 sq. ft. covered open-air building with water, electricity and a large storage area perfect for office set-up or costume change area.

Grandstand

The Grandstand contains 5,000 permanent bleacher seats, can accommodate track seating, or set-up festival seating for well over 10,000. The infield is comprised of approximately 3.5 acres.

Midway Area

The Midway Area is comprised of approximately 10+ acres (paved and unpaved) with lights and rest rooms including showers.

RV Parking

The RV Parking area contains 110 Full Hookups with electric, water and sewer.

Parking Lots

The fairgrounds contains six separate parking areas all well-lit with a combined capacity of no less than 5,000 vehicles.
